In 2016, Soren was hired to document “Lost in Havana" which chronicles the outlandish results of a band of skaters from Canada and Austria who smuggled in a pile of skateboards into Cuba to give away to underprivileged kids. This documentary takes us through a comical fish out of water story that is vivid in color and rich in cultural awkwardness.
The film held its world premiere in Slovenia in the Summer of 2016 and screened across North America and then released in Cuba as "Perdido en Habana" in 2017.
